Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories.
Replacement or Refund
After the returned unit passes our warehouse inspection, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement or process your refund to the original payment source.
